Scope of Appointment

Medicare requires a Scope of Appointment before we discuss Medicare Advantage or Part D plans. Before we meet, I'll send a short form so you can confirm the topics you'd like to cover.

Scheduling an appointment does not obligate you to enroll in a plan.
