Referrals now start with a display at your business
Partners no longer enter client details. Each partner gets a pair of QR displays, and people ask for a call themselves.
How the display pair works

Two signs, one code
Ed gives you a small sign for the reception counter and a larger sign for the waiting-room table. Both carry the same short code.

People ask for a call themselves
Anyone who wants Medicare help scans the QR code, or types the code at edchinea.com/r, enters their own name and phone number, and agrees to a call.

Ed follows up
Ed calls the person back and answers their questions. Partners do not need to collect or send anything.
Please do not collect medical details, Medicare numbers or other sensitive identifiers for anyone.
The form asks only for a name, a phone number and, if the person likes, an email address. Partners are not paid for referrals, and asking for a call does not obligate anyone to enroll.
